Responsibilites
- Manage all aspects of running operations for Stylofie - including Salon & Independent stylist onboarding, managing daily customer/supplier interaction & issues, resolving escalations, liaise with external stakeholders
- Will be responsible for delivering & reporting on Operational KPI's & NPS metrics
- Meet cost of operation targets
- Be the focal point for Sales/Marketing team and Technology team for flagging off/resolving any product issues
- Build a top notch Operations delivery team
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity of Ops team
Competencies
- Detail oriented, comfortable with micro-management
- Managing Large teams
- Excellent people management skills
- Comfortable with internet / mobile apps
- Good oral & written communication skills in English / Hindi
- Good in MS Office - power point, excel
Experience
- 4-6 years of Operations experience, in e-commerce firms or managing end to end Salon Operations
