An exciting new start-up, creating an online marketplace for beauty services. Our hypothesis is that business model innovation backed by a robust technology platform can reshape the fragmented beauty industry. We are transforming how consumers discover, choose and consume beauty services while helping our beauty/salon partners grow their business.

We are currently in the pre-launch phase, with go-live in July end.

The selected candidate for this profile will be provided handsome ESOP + Salary

Responsibilities :

- Making sure that technology strategy and product roadmap serves business strategy

- Assist in building great and beautiful product that users love!

- Build a top notch development team adept at mobile/web technologies

- Wear multiple hats & get the job done - meet product timelines, de-bug, document, automate, deploy - hands-on person

- Decide choice of technology platforms, stacks & infrastructure

Prior Experience :

- Expert in any programming language (PHP, Python, C++, Scala, Haskell etc)

- Exposure to multiple technologies including back-end, front end, mobile

- Knowledge of various web frameworks (Zend, Django, Asp.net etc)

- Knowledge of various sql and non sql based databases (Mysql, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j Graph DB etc)

- Strong technical problem solving skills

- Strong communication skills
