Responsibilities

- Get Salons & Independent stylist to enroll for Stylofie services

- Will be responsible for Revenue & enrollment targets

- Build a top notch team of Sales Executives

- Train Salon staff & stylists on usage of Stylofie web module & app

- Manage relationships with Salon owners and managers

- To coach salon owners & stylists on deals & offers to attract customers for the app

Competencies

- Sales / Business development orientation

- Comfortable with internet / mobile apps

- Ability to establish rapport, create relationships with stakeholders

- Good negotiation, self-motivated, strong Interpersonal skills

- Good oral & written communication skills in English / Hindi

- Good in MS Office - power point, excel

Experience

- Graduate with 3-5 years of Sales experience, Comfortable with field sales

- Worked for Cosmetic product companies like Lakme, Loreal, Revlon, Lotus, Biotique, Elle 18, Shanaz Hussain, Maybelline, Color Bar etc

- Has existing relationships with NCR/ Gurgaon Salons
