Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

- Recon process for each customer and vendor on monthly basis

- Payments and receipts compilation

- Cash Flow management and preparing weekly / monthly projected cash flows for cash management

- MIS for Sales / Collection / Delivery

- Monthly profitability & PNL

- Annual operating plan preparation

- RTV and stock management

- Deal sheet preparation and tracking

- Ensure weekly reviews are done with targets and deliverables closed out

- Ensure immediate update to senior management for any deviations / target not achieved with action plan for covering the shortfall.

- Liaising with Corporate accounts team for all timely vendor payments and monthly PNL closures

- Timely collection and arriving at best possible funding options with Customers / Vendors
