Structured Finance Credit Analyst - Real Estate Segment

We are looking for a Structured Finance Credit Analyst with the following broad specifications / responsibilities :

1] Assessing feasibility of project financing / long-term loans of corporate Real Estate clients for making lending decisions. Structuring, drafting and negotiating high-end deals, term sheets and bank debt agreements with counterparties. Ensure adherence with bank policies, evaluating exposure size and risks and placing mitigates that adequately protect the bank's interest.

2] Conducting thorough research into the financial history of companies and organizations, and studying balance sheets to pinpoint financial discrepancies, long term viability and future prospects

3] Providing sound, independent, credit advices, recommendations, decisions, and quality feedback on credit proposals.

4] Designing and implementing strategic plans for expansion of existing relationships providing sound advice and delivering requisite execution. Focusing on identifying and tailoring solutions for clients' needs through in-depth analysis.

Key Requirements and Experience :

1] Exposure to Credit Analysis to Real Estate Companies in the Regional Market

2] Exposure to Residential as well as Commercial segment

3] Currently working in NBFC or Bank where there have been multiple transactions consummated over the last 3-4 years
