About our Client - Our client is a global, established player in the BFSI space, their expertise spans across Retail, Commercial, Wealth and Investment banking. Their customer base stands at 50million currently and is poised to grow much larger.

Job Description - Reporting to the Vice President SCM, you will be responsible for:

- Foresee and mitigate any process errors that may result in trades being conceded

- Ensure that settlements and reconciliations are completed within a strict time frame

- Use their market knowledge to a continuous pipeline of trade flows, streamline processes where necessary

- Network across the value chain and produce new market information

- Motivate and lead his/her team to perform according to the company's expectations/standards

The Successful Candidate - The candidate should hold a professional degree and have 8 to 12 years of BFSI experience handling Equities & Fixed Income. Knowledge of both Clearsteam and Euroclear is essential.You should be competent with SWIFT, Euclid, Creation Online, CitiDirect or Intellimatch. Experience in US market settlements is a bonus.You should exhibit basic understanding of Securities lending, collateral and custody management.
