Structural Head - Real Estate Group

The Head of Structural Department will assist Design Managers & Consultants in executing complete architectural design of all assigned projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that all projects meet contracts budgets, time schedules and approved quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

- Mentor Civil Engineers and facilitate a holistic understanding as to the scope and plan for projects

- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of structural engineering projects to ensure that goals or objectives of these projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

- Work closely with building department within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly

- Develops, reviews and obtains confirmation of financial and project delivery schedule activities of design and construction as they relate to all disciplines involved. Identifies causes for revisions to projects

- Assures that project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.

- Require extensive experience in all phases of structural design engineering, including substantial and varied experience involving responsible planning and design of complex projects.
