Experience - 10 - 15 years

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of best engineering techniques, procedures, and policies
- Design for Structural changes
- Develop probable construction cost estimates for various projects
- Devise new methods to problem solving by ensuring Cost reduction without compromising on Quality
- Plan, prepare, modify and coordinate all Structural Engineering activities to comply with applicable drawings, calculations, documents, and government specifications and requirements
- Perform structural design and analysis calculations using standards, engineering formulas, skills etc.
- Design and roll out - Good for Construction- drawings for various projects
- Obtain as per built drawings on completion of Projects
- Provide technical advice for selecting appropriate construction materials
- Periodic inspection of sites to check Project status and work undertaken by contractors
- Research new design options to reduce wastage and document findings
- Perform site activities such as observe and record existing site conditions, take and verify measurements within project area etc. to identify any Gaps/deviations and take corrective action
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
- Periodic reporting to Management
- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
