Performance Management : Deploy and monitor performance management system for all employees and ensure adherence to the process.
HR Operations : Interact with business on day-to-day operation pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments, induction, execution of policies & aligned activities.
Talent Acquisition : Support job evaluation of new roles, support RSM (recruitment strategy meeting) manage business escalation, curate evaluation tests

- Ex-entrepreneur's would be given a preference
