Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with senior management to drive financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors for smooth completion.

- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights for business decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to company tax policies and financial regulations.

- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

- Provide regular financial reports and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.

- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit procedures.

- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and compliance.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
