Purpose of the Role:
The Partnership Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic tie-ups with lender partners and other key stakeholders for Stride Green, a platform focused on advancing the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with lenders, EV fleet operators, and other partners to support business objectives and ensure smooth collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships:
A. Identify, evaluate, and onboard lending institutions, including banks and NBFCs, to collaborate on financing initiatives for Stride Green.
B. Develop partnerships with EV fleet operators and other ecosystem stakeholders to expand the platform's reach and offerings.
2. Relationship Management:
A. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, with a focus on lenders.
B. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
C. Regularly engage with stakeholders to identify their needs and align partnership strategies accordingly.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
A. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and analyze the competitive landscape.
B. Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in EV financing, and recommend strategies to leverage opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
1. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
2. Basic understanding of financing concepts, especially in the context of EV or asset financing.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
4. Analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and monitor performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Education: MBA (or equivalent degree).
2. Experience:
A. Proven track record in relationship management, particularly in financial services or similar sectors.
B. Good to Have: Prior experience with banks or NBFCs in a relationship management role. Exposure to EV financing or fleet management would be an added advantage.
