Candidate Profile:

- Have an intuition for people with an ability to cultivate relationships easily

Role Description:

This role involves driving end-to-end business development for Stratum Consulting - spearheading strategic partnerships from concept to signature. The ownership of hunting businesses which are looking at scaling (be it family managed businesses or funded startups), identifying gaps within prospective clients from a human centered or system & process perspective, identifying what interests the business owners from a solutions standpoint and providing concept selling (custom tailored solution selling).

Some key focus areas of this role:

- Work to develop and lead an effective growth strategy focused on attracting new clients and building strong, successful long-term alliances

- Identify new and creative ways to source qualified prospective clients

- Qualify new and existing leads by researching companies and identifying the right way to connect with them

- Understanding the profile of the client being pitched to and what would / would not interest the person basis the first conversation

- Probe and evaluate the real issue that might be existing at the prospective client end incase he / she isn't being direct

- Pitching a solution in the right way that impresses the prospective client which ensures closure

- Work closely with partners and internal teams to develop strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals

- Meet quarterly and annual revenue and/or orders booking targets

Experience: 2+ years

CTC on Offer: INR 7 LPA to INR 8 LPA (Fixed and Variable shall be discussed)
