Responsibilities:
- Creating an account strategy to drive sales for IT services and products including but not limited to Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, RPA, Application Development and QA
- Monitoring client satisfaction post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
- Generating ideas for new revenue within large customers.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
- Responding to RFP's and RFI's to win new business in a highly competitive environment.
