You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to comprehend their talent needs, formulate effective sourcing strategies, and conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure we draw in the most qualified candidates for each position. This role is dynamic and demands strong organizational skills, adaptability, and effective multitasking abilities.

Position Requirements:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft detailed job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and interview processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process and maintain precise candidate data.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or headhunting, preferably with a focus on top-tier university business school students.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and career aspirations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Solid business and HR acumen, encompassing strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Collaboration with partners across HR functions to deliver effective solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
