Strategy Specialist - Transformation

What we are looking for:

- You will get to work on some exciting transformation initiatives of an organisation and help drive change and optimisation.

- You will work on various streams of work which include: Operations Transformation; Reporting Transformation; Customer Experience Transformation; Service Delivery Transformation.

- You will be responsible to track and report and do a benefits analysis on each of the projects

- You will be responsible to communicate with the key stakeholders, create slides to convince the board and management around change.

- You will nee to drive the change across various departments.

- You will get to touch the heart of the business processes that drive a company and help influence the change.
