Strategy Specialist - eCommerce - IIM/XLRI/ISB

- Part of CEO's office and closely work with him to own and drive priority things across the organization.

- Plan, Implement and Monitor multiple projects based on organisational priorities.

- Implement strategies and initiatives that drive growth and improvements in the organisation.

- Designing, Executing, Training, Performance tracking and Making improvements on the respective projects.

- Define and lead projects owning their outcomes end-to-end.

- Preparing implementation guidelines and SOPs.

- Work with department heads and understand the key initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- MBA from Tier1 MBA colleges only

- 2-6 years of experience ideally in FMCG/Retail

- Open to candidate handling other functions, with a strong aptitude to number crunching and analysis.
