Job role :
- Project Development strategy with marketing trends to enable decision making & business plan activation. Dealing with private equity investors & Fin-tech firms for raising funds along with P&L management.
- Due Diligence of Land Sale & Smooth Functioning of Business Development.
- Contractual claims & RERA progress update with customer sales update etc.
- AOP Planning - Using NPV, NCF, CAPEX & OPEX for profitable business plan.
- Sourcing Development opportunities, Land valuation, Deal Structuring,
- Design feasibility and formulation of business plan ensuring adherence to key functional objectives of PBT, Margins, and IRR.
- In collaboration with stakeholders, running commercial diagnostics for making recommendations to improve the constructive sales.
- Working out modalities for mobilizing, deployment, and utilization of resources in pursuit of organizational objectives Formulation of AOP, Marketing & Sale Plan for determining the optimal launch based on factoring timelines, volume & pricing of a product.
- Individually handled all the data analytics requirements for the consulting engagements & delivered strategic performance insights required in key decision making.
- Planning, reviewing & monitoring recovery plans for adverse trends, dynamic forecasts for remaining activities, analysis of constraints and problems.
- Preparation, Implementation, and monitoring of various Cost control sheets.
