- Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills - with a proven ability to rapidly develop hypotheses and issue trees, guide teams in delivering structured engagements and presenting / defending outputs to a set of highly demanding PE clients

- Demonstrated comfort in independently leading client discussions, selling and business development

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Ability to develop offerings, industry points of view and white papers on PE-related subjects

- Ability to lead small to medium-size teams to deliver projects

- Ability to manage demanding clients and respond to frequent changes in delivery direction

- Ability to work under pressure, typical of high intensity private equity engagements lasting 3-6 weeks
