Strategy Role- Startup(Backing og Marquee VC firm)- Top IIMs,IITs or equivalent campuses

- Drive collation of inputs and data from all Business & Functional Units for strategic planning meets

- Prepare collaterals (presentations, reports, etc.) providing insights from the collected data for various strategic engagements

- Drive market research and analysis to understand current and upcoming trends & developments in the external environment and publish reports

- Liaise with various Business & Functional Units on their Balanced scorecards, assist in regularly updating & publish reports to senior leaders for further action

- Follow up on the status of strategic objectives based on the decided action points on a monthly basis, both at the Corporate and the BU/FU level

- Regularly track and record key highlights of the identified pool of competitors to ensure quick action on the same

Qualifications:

- Top IIT,IIM or equivalent campus education with 2-5 years of experience in a Strategy role

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across functions.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
