- Develop & Implement the Distribution Development Strategy, business plans and performance management framework for the Fund, Risk and Creditor Business Lines of the Group Channel.
- Develop business strategies along with various Sales Verticals for driving business growth and gain market share
- Develop and execute performance reporting frameworks for reporting to the Channel heads, CEO and the shareholders in alignment with the Corporate MIS team. Create bottoms-up plan for each verticals and monito the same throughout the year
- Drive Sales Automation initiatives and Distribution Operations processes.
1. Direct the creation of new IT enabled platforms and automation initiatives aimed at improving productivity, efficiencies and Customer Service
2. Develop user requirements and also do UAT to achieve implementation of new IT systems and refinement in the existing systems.
3. Develop and supervise automation of MIS and integration of Compass with Data warehousing for complete automation of MIS reports across the Hierarchy
4. Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Actuarial Teams to ensure reconciliation of balances and conversion of client deposits into Premiums
- Design and drive implementation of key distribution projects such as PX Cross-sell & Up-sell, Group Ecosystem.
1. Conceptualize the key distribution projects and initiatives along with the Chief Distribution Officer.
2. Define the roadmap and implementation plan for each project.
3. Ensure effective implementation of each initiative.
4. Ensure achievement of topline and business results as envisaged in the project plan.
5. Liaise with channel heads to ensure effective adoption of the projects and the fructification of the intended benefits. Monitor and track progress of each project and take corrective measures where required
- Develop Robust Incentive,KPIs and Rewards & Recognition programs.
1. Create a robust and measurable KPIs to drive Channel objectives and performance
2. Design Incentive programs to drive expected behaviour in the sales organization and improve quality of business
3. Create dashboards and MIS to drive Central Designs
- Drive Training, Marketing and Customer engagement/Communication
1. Leverage Social Media to drive our Product awareness and Lead Generation
2. Work with Channel Heads and Vertical Heads to benchmark current products with the competition and identify gaps to develop new product opportunities
3. Liaise with marketing and service function to drive customer communication and customer engagement
4. Create standard decks on various topics related to Group product and solutions and make it available for frontline sales team in a central repository
5. Liaise with Sales Heads to create and update training materials for both new joinees as well as existing members in the team
