What You Will Bring:
- Management degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics or related management / leadership experience in management consulting, product acquisition, product strategy, and/or digital channels and marketing analytics
- Experience in Financial Services is required, experience in FinTech and D2C business is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of working in international markets will be an asset.
- Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advise, and persuasively communicate with key senior stakeholders in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment.
Job Description:
- Assess the consumer market and develop near and long-term growth strategies for consumer interactive business.
- Work with key internal stakeholders across a matrix organization to prioritize and execute operational activities derived from the growth strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and validate new market concepts that represent future growth potential, develop business cases to support the development of new markets and investment in growth initiatives.
- Manage strategic partnerships to ensure the continuity and growth of relationships.
- Enable and support 's CI revenue and growth across high-growth, high-potential consumer regions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of evolving consumer business models, value chains, and competitive landscape. Use this market understanding to identify how should evolve; articulate and engage leadership on dialogues on the case for change.
- Champion investment cases for new solutions and capabilities to address gaps in 's current ability to serve the evolving needs of consumers and partners.
- Define frameworks and engagement documents for market engagement plans and go-to-market strategies for new markets and/or new customer segments.
- Develop a holistic, global view of the Consumer interactive ecosystem that includes regional stake holders, regulators and industry associations and define an engagement model that would position as a key participant in the ecosystem.
- Manage the 3-year planning process for the CI vertical.
- Ensure timely completion of initiatives and milestones in the vertical and lines of business three-year plans and strategic initiative.
- Draw key insights from deep data and market analysis to develop business cases, forecast models and market segmentation to enable new solutions to our customers' most critical problems.
- Present conclusions and recommendations to key decision-makers including developing supporting documentation.
- Represent at relevant industry events.
