Strategy Operations Role

Responsibilities :

- Support the team by providing necessary input and data for strategic decision-making.

- Conduct market research, business planning, and analyze financial and business data.

- Gather competitive data and perform benchmarking to aid in market research.

- Coordinate with Department Heads to track project statuses and follow up accordingly.

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Perform budget analysis, monitoring, control, and variance analysis.

- Analyze operational and financial data to identify and highlight key issues.

- Manage business development activities by identifying and evaluating potential opportunities.

- Develop financial valuation models to assess the feasibility of new projects.

- Prepare monthly business performance reports and present findings to the Board of Directors.
