Strategy & Operations Manager - Financial Crime Product

Revolut continues to grow and is entering India with a multi million pound investment in India over the next few years. Revolut India will look to introduce multiple digitally-enabled products across banking, cards and payments, foreign exchange remittances, investments and other financial services. We'll help customers improve their financial health, give them more control, and connect people seamlessly across the world.

Were looking for Strategy and Operations Managers to help build and continuously improve a world-class set of financial crime risk management products for India. You'll be delivering a seamless digital onboarding experience that minimises costs while maximizing customer convenience as well as measuring and optimizing the performance of real-time transaction monitoring algorithms for prevention of fraud and money laundering.

What youll be doing

- Defining the strategy for all customer onboarding and control process, taking into account the need for exceptional customer experience and effective risk management

- Creating and implementing processes which align with Revoluts overall strategy

- Working closely with our Product team for customizing an end to end to solution

- Working closely with our Services team to analyse and optimise productivity & quality metrics

- Working closely with our Financial Crime Compliance team to demonstrate the effectiveness of our control

- Developing KPIs to drive efficiency of products and stakeholders to improve overall process performance

What you'll need

- Overall 5+ years experience within at least 3+ years in fields related to financial crime (customer onboarding/KYC, screening, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, regulatory reporting)

- STEM degree and have 6-10 years of experience in a similar position

- Solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tech company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have major achievements

- Experience breaking complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python or R

- Curious nature, an interest in making an impact and can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in

- Ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute

- A person for this role will be hired under the Revolut Payments India entity and will primarily work with the India business.
