Responsible for

- Managing operations for International geography for cloud software/analytics solution offerings of Capillary

- Design, develop and implement CRM strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotional results.

- Meet program objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.

- Coordinate with different teams to understand client requirements and plan and execute them to client satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Passionate & motivated candidates from IIM’s or other top reputed MBA institutes.

- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in consultancy or client servicing.

- Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
