Strategy Manager to COO (Manufacturing)

- Responsible for working closely with the COO to improve current business operations and revise them to achieve the company's long-term vision. participating in meetings with the COO, board members and other executives, coming up with creative business ideas and reviewing data to monitor progress across their business initiatives.

- Assisting/supporting the COO in decision making process, by quality analysis of different MIS, Business Reports. Interact with all the functional heads for necessary inputs leading to quality analysis. Coordinating and Supervising Data/Information requirement from Units/Corporate / Group / Multi-Departments.

- Analyzing the market shares for change and production.

- Find important projects, ventures, potential targets and other partnership opportunities.

- Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place in order to measure all progress.

- Identify strategic risks and help to reduce these risks.

- Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.

- Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.

- Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.

- Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase.

- Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.

- Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.

- Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies.

- Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA (From good institutions) with 3-5 years of similar & quality experience with growing manufacturing groups/ Corporates & known for latest in Technology, Processes, Automation, Certifications, Reporting etc.

2. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

3. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.

4. Expert level is written and verbal communication skills.

5. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

6. Emotional maturity.

7. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

8. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

9. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
