- Conducting in-depth business performance analysis and bench-marking along with performing comprehensive financial analysis to fortify the company's strategy

- Business Updates- Creating business updates and annual operating plans for the organization to ensure effective communication and planning

- Formulating a hospital pricing strategy by analyzing costs, considering market dynamics, differentiating services, and complying with regulations to balance financial sustainability with accessibility to quality healthcare services.
