Strategy Manager (CEO Office - Manufacturing)
- The individual oversees the strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives, specializing in heading strategies and managing senior stakeholders on a global scale. Your primary focus is on facilitating the growth and expansion of diverse business verticals at the global level.
- Supervise detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential investment transactions.
- Participate in all stages of transaction executions, with a focus on due diligence, including but not limited to Financial Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence, and Commercial Due Diligence.
- Also assist in various aspects of portfolio monitoring/management and exit.
- Supervise the team in the preparation of presentation materials for use in internal discussions, investment committee meetings, and external meetings with the clients.
- Evaluate prospective investment opportunities in auto component space.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and require information for the management team to facilitate efficient decision making.
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
- Attending executive meetings and delivering progress reports to promoters and senior management team.
- Assess inquiries directed to the promoters, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
- Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success.
- Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success.
- Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines.
Qualification And Experience :
1. CA 3-5 Years of in a Strategy role with a Manufacturing Industry.
2. Entrepreneurial mindset
3. Excellent analytical capabilities
4. Experience in using MS Excel & PPT
5. Attentive to details
6. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
