Strategy Manager - Bancassurance - 2-4 Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a strategic and innovative partner for our Bancassurance team in Mumbai, with 2-4 years of experience in strategic consulting and a solid understanding of the general insurance industry. The ideal candidate should be located in India and have a strong background in insurance strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key bancassurance partners in Mumbai.

2. Working alongside internal teams to create and execute strategic plans aimed at driving business growth.

3. Assessing market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to pinpoint new business opportunities.

4. Offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance business performance.

5. Communicating and negotiate effectively with external partners to ensure successful collaboration.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in strategic consulting or a similar role

2. Familiarity with the insurance industry and bancassurance is preferred

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
