Strategy Manager

Role-

This is a position with high visibility and exposure to senior management and APAC Board. The candidate needs to be mature, experienced and flexible enough to take multi-roles as strong individual contributor, business partner and effective communicator.

Responsibilities: -

- Lead the preparation of India strategic review (incl. STRAP and APAC Strategy Board review etc), facilitate and support senior leadership to define strategic priorities.

- Work closely with MD, sales team and PGs in India to identify and evaluate business growth potentials, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and new market with detailed contents through in-depth analysis, internal and external studies.

- Collaborate with commercial team to regularly collect and monitor macro-economic data, market trends, competitive landscape, regulations etc. and interpret the data with findings, implications to support management decision and communication.

- Collaborate with M&A (Mergers &Acquisitions) team to lead the end-to-end deal process, including prospecting, negotiation, due diligence, and contract finalization.

- Support the business review presentations to the board and leadership

Requirements:

1. MBA in Business Administration, strategic management or marketing.

2. Over 6-10 years' B2B experience in reputable strategic consulting firms or in-house in a strategy role in multinational company, working experience in commercial vehicle industry is highly preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive intelligence.

4. A good team worker and a self-driven professional, willing to share, support the cross function team members

5. Strong communication skills in presenting and communicating strategic topics with senior management in English

6. Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in PPT and excel
