Our client is a top-tier global consulting firm renowned for delivering world-class advisory services to prominent players across industries. They are currently engaged in an internal audit project for a leading power and utilities player in Qatar. They are seeking a highly skilled Management/Strategy consultant to join their dynamic team.
The responsibilities of this consultant can be summarised as follows:
- Continual Improvement of client's business processes and services.
- Proactive and need-based review of the client processes and propose appropriate measures for improvement and/or adaptation to evolving business environment, in coordination with the concerned Business Owners.
- Optimize business processes by the way of ensuring effective automation, in coordination with client IT Department & concerned Business Owners and encourage/enhance intended utilization.
- Assist Business Owners in establishing meaningful Key Performance Indicators and providing monitoring and reporting tools.
- Manage client Customer Satisfaction Survey, with an intent to assess satisfaction levels across the entire Service Portfolio, seek feedback from Customers (on behalf of the Corporation) to determine and motivate essential process changes needed for elevating service quality & customer experience.
- Support section-relevant transformational projects, in coordination with Project Sponsors.
- Create awareness of Continual Improvement culture within client and emphasize the role of PQI Sectional Objectives.
- Encourage and assist Business Owners in establishing inter-departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage periodic Employee Engagement Surveys, to gauge the representative employee sentiment towards client as a corporation, and act on the findings to improve employee engagement levels, loyalty & instill a sense of belonging.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, with a particular focus on the Power and Utilities sector
- Prior experience in business Process & systems reengineering, information gathering, data analysis & reporting, people & change management, project/program Management
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage client stakeholders.
- Prior experience of working on projects pertaining to digital transformation, business process re-engineering is good to have.
This is a contractual opportunity with an initial duration of 1 year, further extendible. The consultant will be required to be stationed in Qatar for the entire duration of the project.
