Strategy & M&A Role - Healthcare/Pharma

- Assessing new business acquisition/ collaboration opportunities through financial analysis and as per pre-defined deal matrix

- Preparation of financial projections and investment notes for management approval

- Manage Interface with Target, advisors and lawyers for deal execution

- Assist in overall transaction execution along with financial and legal advisors with promptness and attention to detail

- Maybe required to travel from time to time to ensure successful monitoring and closure of transactions

- Track performance after deal consummation
