Strategy Lead - Inside Sales/Assisted Buying - eCommerce Industry

The individual in this role will be responsible for driving daily business, optimizing lead management, improving daily conversion rates, increasing GMV, and enhancing AOV and cart size through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

- Drive daily business operations, ensuring efficient lead management and timely follow-ups.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve daily conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization in GMV and AOV.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category and Marketing, to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive sales.

- Work closely with sales advisors to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.

- Plan and execute promotional offers and discounts in collaboration with Marketing to attract and retain customers.

- Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

- Continuously optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business goals.
