Strategy Lead - EPC/Manufacturing

Hiring Strategy lead for a B2B Saas company. Looking for candidates from strategy & consulting background in manufacturing /EPC background.

Requirement

1. Tier one Institute ISB, IIM 2018 or before passout

2. Consulting Experience

3. Manufacturing/EPC Experience only

4. MBA from IIM's/Ivy league with more than 7 years of experience

5. Professional Experience: Management consulting, General management, Operations management in EPC companies

The Role: Strategy Lead:

- Building a long term strategic roadmap , spearheading key strategic initiatives like pricing, setting GTM, planning new market entries etc

- Leading key 0 to 1 initiatives for the company - nurture the workstream, take it to PMF and then offload it to a separate function/ vertical

- Stakeholder management of all C-level executives to provide strategic oversight and ensure consistent delivery of large-scale initiatives

- Contribute towards all key responsibilities of the founders including board management, performance management, hiring etc

- Owning the process to execute initiatives, focusing on efficient execution. Clarify responsibilities and distribute them effectively to ensure smooth operation, minimise conflict and maintain organisational clarity.

- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and initiatives that can lead to competitive advantages

- Leverage data to perform analytics and draw actionable insights that help improve product and expand revenue streams
