Our client is a marketing digital technology driven firm providing a Location Management solution for retail brands that builds their digital presence, enhances local SEO & drives new customers to their stores.

Strategy Head - 1 Position(open)

IITians / IIMs / ISB or 'Category A' b-School Pass out.

- This Role is Core to the growth of the company hence should have Relevant experience.

- 6 - 10 years experience in Building and executing Growth Strategy

- Experience in Digital is a Must!

- Analytical & data driven.

- Help identify areas of improvement in the company and drive efficency.

- Help grow business, in India & Abroad. (Some experience in growing businesses internationally is an advantage)

- Generalist / Consultant. Ideally from companies like Deloitte / Accenture

Responsibilities include:

- Defining, structuring, planning, and executing of projects, programs, and portfolios to address mission and organizational needs (e.g., address strategic goals, directives, etc.);

- Planning, facilitating, and developing the gathering, management, and communication of operational (business) and technical requirements;

- Reviewing and assesses existing managerial policies and organizations, develops alternative procedures, organizations and policies; and examines alternate applications and adaptations of existing or developing technologies.

- Representing Ceo's Office

- Preparing Board Presentations

- Ensure execution of follow up points

- Strategic and Operational Business Plans

- Management Dashboards

- Coordinating Strategic Projects & Initiatives across function

- Skilled in Research, Microsoft Excel, Analytical Skills

- Strong Operational & professional skills

- Analyzing P&L of the Country; Increasing Net Revenue

- Volume and Revenue Sales Planning and Forecasting monthly and annually

Required skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well within teams

- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously, set priorities, be proactive, etc

- Detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information
