DRA - Strategy Head (Digital Referral Team)

IIM or IIT candidates only. Experience 0-3 yrs.

- Formulate strategy basis data analytics, competition analysis and various mathematical models for productivity enhancement

- Dashboard Ownership:

Ensure continuous updation of dashboard and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for various dashboard enhancement

- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholder for API Integration & Development

- Strategise new initiatives and ensure its execution at ground level

- Develop strategies to uplift digital sales and also monitor existing strategies and suggest improvements in the same

- Analyse and suggest strategies to enhance business team productivity

- Develop reward and recognition programs to achieve the desired business plan numbers

- Ensure call quality standards are met and the achieve the desired quality scores based on intensive and structured training interventions and assessments

- Undertake process improvement initiatives / projects to improve the efficiency and productivity in the areas of first call TAT, Lead conversion, customer referrals, STP conversions, KYC documentation, etc.
