Your key responsibilities
- Taking ownership of client delivery and engagement for the Automation program
- Supporting Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Consulting & Thought Leadership activities within existing and potential clients
- Effectively establishing and expanding networks across geographies and communities as well as across external partners and clients to increase their brand awareness
- Working closely with clients to solve their challenges, contribute to value increase and make a lasting impact
Skills and attributes for success
- Involved in Solution/ Tech sales and/or be directly/indirectly involved in the delivery of the projects
- Deep knowledge of one or several of the following is essential: Robotic Process Automation (RPA - AA\BP \UI Path
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple engagements
- Should be open for travel 60 - 70 %
To qualify for the role you must have
- BE/Btech and post qualification degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Relevant experience in RPA
Ideally you- ll also have
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
