Serving as main liaison to the North America client service and specialty colleagues on WTW clients, which includes the following:
- Management of client's programs serviced in North America
- Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client
- Benefit plan analysis, design, and cost savings strategies
- Gap assessments / program review
- Partner with North America colleagues to deliver superior project management
- Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Produce high quality deliverables
- Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables

- Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience working with North America based benefit programs
