- We seek to professionalize politics, political campaigns and electioneering in India in the coming decade. Our focus is on innovative citizen-centric advocacy through data and technology driven tools.

- The team comprises former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other professionals from similar, yet diverse, backgrounds. The team has the experience of working on several successful political campaigns across the country at both the state and national levels.

Position Description :

- Roles similar to those in large consulting, legal, non-governmental, research, advertising and communication organisations are available in plenty!

However, given the political nature of the client, it will stand you in good stead to note the following :

- You will be interacting closely with political leaders and organizers at the state and national level. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, on performance.

- You will have a lot more autonomy work-wise coupled with less interference, but it also requires you to be a self-starter with strong problem solving, and project management skills.

Position Requirements :

- The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the client-services industry.

- The candidate should possess excellent diplomatic and client skills, an effective project management style, and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.

In addition to this, the candidate would also be required to :

- Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives,

- Poses the ability to project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end,

- Undertake research and present findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives,

- Poses high-quality analytical skills and the ability to propose practical solutions for issues,

- Experience in interacting with and managing vendors, and

- Exposure and ability to work in un-structured and high pressure environments.

Qualification : University Under-Graduate/Post Graduate Professional Degree.
