Strategy Consultant (Org. Restructuring) - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a senior strategy consultant to lead an organizational restructuring and operating model transformation for a government authority in the higher education sector (~100 FTEs).

The objective is to enhance scalability and efficiency through a well-structured transformation initiative. The consulting firm is supporting this process by engaging a senior expert who can drive and oversee the initiative for 2-3 months.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Collaborating with senior management to drive leadership alignment for the transformation.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement.

- Coordinating activities across teams and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation.

- Ensuring the transformation is executed efficiently and completed within the designated timeframe.

- Managing change processes, governance structures, knowledge transfer, and talent management strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

- A seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in organizational structure and operating model transformation (design and implementation).

- Proven experience in leading similar transformation programs, including change management, communications, knowledge and talent management, and governance.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Experience in the education/higher education/education administration sector.

- Prior management consulting experience.

- Background working with MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) in a Consultant or Expert capacity.

Engagement Details:

- Duration: 2-3 months contract.

- Location: Abu Dhabi.

- On-site Presence: 4 days a week.
