Job Description - Reporting to the Engagement Manager, your core responsibilities will entail Using analytics to solve complex business problems

- Preparing action plan for clients to act upon and explaining every stage of the solution proposed

- Presenting the solutions to the clients at CXO level

- Developing strong relationships with clients, managing client satisfaction

- Demonstrating high degree of ownership

The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA (from tier-1 B-Schools only) with minimum 5 years of experience. You should have experience in successfully consulting top management (Director / Senior Director) professionals in taking Strategic Initiatives at an organizational level. You should have exceptional performance record. You should be a results oriented individual and extremely good at analytics.
