Strategy Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - (Contractual role) - IIT/IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Our client is a prominent global strategy consulting firm actively engaged in a substantial transformation project for a leading public sector bank in India.

They are in search of a strategy consultant who possesses previous experience in strategy projects, preferably within the consulting industry.

The responsibilities of this consultant can be summarized as follows:

- Crafting and executing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.

- Assuming responsibility for assigned tasks, using a project management framework to ensure efficient delivery.

- Presenting discoveries and recommendations to clients.

- Implementing suggested solutions and providing essential support to clients.

- Ensuring effective governance and controls through activities such as reporting, budget management, risk assessment, and issue management.

- Supervising the entire module while collaborating closely with the rest of the team.

- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and adeptly managing senior stakeholders.

The preferred qualifications and experience for this role are as follows:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in the consulting industry, with a particular focus on the BFSI sector (desirable but not mandatory).

- A post-graduate degree from a top-tier university is mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage client stakeholders.

This is a contractual opportunity with an initial duration of 6 months with a possibility of contract extension beyond the initial period. The consultant will be required to be stationed either in Mumbai or Bangalore for the entire duration of the project.
