About our Client - Our client is one of largest players in the FMCG food industry. They have a portfolio of diversified products and have been expanding the same through innovation. They have a global footprint and have established themselves in more than 50 countries. They are currently looking for some one who can work on a 6 month contract and build the growth strategy for the organization.

Job Description - You will be working as a consultant to the organization on a 6 month contract working on a key project. You will be responsible for- Building the growth strategy for the organization.

- Being the primary owner for capturing the food industry insights and deciphering its impact on the organization strategy.

- Working closely with business/ strategy/ project teams to build the organization vision and programs for the next 3-5 years.

- Working closely with various functions to help the organization to be on a path of sustained growth.

- Being the critical owner for driving innovation in the same segment.

- Working closely with global stakeholders to align the India strategy to the global organization strategy.

The Successful Candidate - You must be an expert in the FMCG Food domain with at least 20 years of functional experience post a top tier MBA in the FMCG Food or beverage industry. Hands on exposure of growing businesses is a must. A candidate who has retired as a head of marketing/ business head in the FMCG industry would be the ideal fit. A candidate who has done freelance consulting assignment would be preferred. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be strong at strategic thinking. You should be open to working on a 6 month contract which could extend by a couple of months.
