Strategy Consultant - Big4 - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We have openings with one of the BIG4, looking for candidates

Key Responsibilities:

i. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify key business opportunities and challenges. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and support client engagements.

ii. Develop and refine financial models that forecast business scenarios and evaluate potential impacts on performance. Provide analytical support to guide decision-making processes.

iii. Support senior consultants in delivering high-impact presentations to clients. Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and feedback that shape project outcomes.

iv. Collaborate with a team of consultants and subject matter experts to design and implement strategic solutions that address client needs. Simplify complex data into actionable strategies that can be easily communicated and executed.

v. Assist in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assignments. Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that arise during the engagement.

vi. Contribute to the enhancement of methodologies and practices within the team by incorporating new ideas and approaches.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

i. Educational background - Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from a prestigious institution.

ii. Experience - At least 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical tasks.

iii. Analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modelling.

iv. Communication and interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner to diverse audiences.

v. Project management - Experience in supporting the management of strategic projects, with an ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

vi. Adaptability and team collaboration - Highly adaptable, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
