Strategy Consultant - BFSI Sector - Global Consulting Firm

Our client a Global Consulting Firm is seeking a Junior Financial Services Advisory Consultants with a strong background in strategy, operations, licensing, compliance, technology, or any combination of these areas. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Big4 or similar consulting environment, dealing with financial services clients. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the financial services industry, working with top-tier clients on key strategic issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide financial services consulting advice to clients based on their needs, including but not limited to strategy formulation, operations optimization, licensing, compliance, and technology integration.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for decision-making purposes.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring quality of service, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in or lead various stages of advisory engagements, from business development to final delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to internal firm activities.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
Experience Required:
- A Master's degree from a top-10 B-school or an equivalent degree with an exceptional academic record is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services consulting, with a focus on one or more of the following areas: strategy, operations, licensing, compliance, technology.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a Big4 or similar consulting environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and report generation.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends in financial services.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
This is a contractual opportunity with an initial 12 months contract and this project necessitates relocation to either Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates for the duration of the role.
