Job description:

Position: Consultant (Defined career path to partnership in 8-12 years)

Minimum qualifications: MBA from top-tier institutes such as IIMs and ISB

Minimum work-experience: 2-years

Work content:

The consultant will be working on projects in a team of 2-3 people with independent responsibility for specific modules. The projects are typically around specific strategic business-related questions in the minds of the CEO. Strong skills are expected in areas such as problem solving, written and verbal communication and client management. Typical activities that a consultant performs are conceptualization of solutions to business problems, data analysis, secondary and primary market research, presentation of interim results to officials at the client company, supporting the clients in rolling out growth and profitability initiatives etc.

Job could involve extensive travel and several days away from the city of posting. The base location is Mumbai, however there is also an option to be based from any of the leading metros, depending on the specific situation.
