- Key Result Areas and Supporting Actions

- ECL Management & Costs

- Monitor and Control delinquency and minimize ECL by creating effective collection strategies

- Review, maintain control and Optimize\ the cost incurred towards collections of dues.

- Regular monitoring of delinquent portfolio

- Adopt Learn, Test and Execute methodology

- Process review and monitoring

- Monitor existing collection processes across segments and products and recommend ways to strengthen it.

- Work with analytics team for deep dive into portfolio insights and make recommendations

- Work with various departments to bring in latest digital solutions to manage processes effectively

- Provide regular inputs to Management and all the other stakeholders on opportunities available and recommended solutions

- Compliance and audit

- Ensure that all documentation related to new processes, vendor evaluations etc are maintained in accordance with internal norms and regulatory requirements

- Be aware of various guidelines from regulators

- People Management

- Provide oversight and be a coach and mentor for the team

- Participate in relevant talent management and people development activities to ensure a healthy pipeline and an engaged team
