Manager-Strategy and Business Support

We have an urgent opening in a leading Telecom Company for the position of Manager- Strategy and Business Support

KRAs:

- Research, business analysis and understanding of relevant performance indicators

- Compliance to Management Planning & Review Process (B2C, B2B, Functions)

- Management of specific strategic initiatives as identified under STRAP (Strategic Programs)

- Support the CEO with information relevant for decision making, goal setting and performance management

- Communication support for the CEO for both internal and external forums

- Analysis and reporting of all performance parameters for the business & functions including financials, management accounts and performance analysis & providing key insights to the CEO

- Supporting decision making abilities of the CEO by conducting detailed analysis on key strategic issues; conducting internal and external analysis; and primary and secondary research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations

- Organizing pre/post updates for all reviews, ensure closure of actionables from reviews ; Running the agenda and content for important meetings like B2C Consumer business reviews, Hub Reviews etc. Reviews include Corporate reviews, SBU reviews and Functional reviews

- Manage CEO’s interactions with external stakeholders across events such as Earnings Calls, Interviews in Media, GSMA, COAI, and Investors Day

- Performance management of the KRA’s of all Direct Reportees of the CEO

- Plan and coordinate for the strategic reviews and update the CEO on status of various strategic initiatives to ensure adherence to plan

- Manage CEO’s interaction with internal stakeholders through forums like circle visits, talktime etc. and provide requisite information/ prepared relevant communication on behalf of the CEO

Qualification: MBA from Top B School (Batch 2009-2010) /CA

Compensation: Upto 16 Lacs per annum for MBA
