1. To monitor daily working of sales employees in the market through various reports received from system and by personal interaction with each employee & their senior on some set frequency may be weekly fortnightly etc.
2. Analyse the no. of activities being done by the employees and not only numbers but the quality of the activities to be analysed, gaps communicated.
3. Provide solutions to the team in field after talking to the concerned experts
4. Analyse business plan - working plans and sales plans - vs actuals - find gaps - give analysis of the reasons of for both if more than goals why and if less than goals why
5. Keep an eye on activities in the field and report unusual happenings
6. Keep an eye on competition activities, competition benchmarking of new products being introduced by competition.
7. Sense the new business opportunities from the discussions he will have with sales employees in the field
8. Deep analysis of reasons of success and failures of getting projects in our kitty.
9. Share with the Management the good practices being done by someone so that it can be informed to others as well
10. Analyse cost v/s benefit of various Market development / Marketing Activities undertaken by the company for bringing more focus on time bound results.
11. Help to Streamline the SOP's in International Sales, Business Development, Support function team.
12. Analyse if the sales team are getting due & timely support fro support functions - if not after analysis give information to the Mangement
13. To Communicate with all the sales team on their no. of business meetings, writing of daily sales report, writing outcome and next action plan in the daily sales reports
