Strategy & Business Analyst

Prior Qualifications:

- Chartered accountant - ~1-3 years' experience (banks, NBFCs, rating agencies, Big 4, prominent audit firm)

- Proficient with excel & enjoy working with large data sets.

- Good communication

- Enjoys working with cross functional teams (involves collaboration)

Role/Responsibilities:

- Business planning : building & updating financial model, working with all departments to seek input & drive outcomes.

- Strategy : devising & implementing strategic growth framework for the company; driving special projects; reviews and planning.

- Investor relations : business related analysis for investors / leadership team; preparing Databook / data analysis etc.

- Equity fundraises : preparing organization for and assisting in entire fundraise process including material preparation, model, investor queries, financial due diligence etc.

- Attending senior strategy/stakeholder meetings & working with senior leadership team. This is a very high exposure role.

- This person would be reporting to the AVP of Strategy & IR
