Designation - Strategy Associate

Experience - 2+ years as Business Analyst / Portfolio Manager

Key Skills - Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, Streamlining business operations to improve efficiency, Data-Driven Decision Making, Process Optimization & Cost Reduction, Manage Company's portfolio.

- Work closely with the studio founders & team to own the P/L of portfolio studios

- Create & execute systems/processes designed for scale across studios to streamline operations & drive efficiencies

- Build & implement AOPs for portfolio studios to achieve desired outcomes

- Serve as a strategic bridge between company & the studio founders

- Help founders strategies potential pivots and/or expansions of their business

- Lead initiatives & execute key initiatives for Company

- Drive Founder NPS across portfolio studios

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Revenue management, P&L management, Portfolio Management
